Live Oak Homes & Development Inc. was founded by Thomas Anderson & Patrick Miller when two longtime friends decided to partner together to build exceptional homes in the Florida Panhandle. We have built our business over the years with our attention to detail and hands-on approach that has created a great reputation amongst our clients. Live Oak Homes & Development is capable of all-size projects with experience in residential and commercial construction & re-modeling throughout the panhandle of Florida.

Patrick Miller is a lifelong resident of Walton County. He grew up in DeFuniak Springs where he worked alongside his grandfather in the construction industry. From an early age, he developed a love for building and an eye for perfection. After high school, he joined a high-rise construction company where he built several condominiums in Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay counties. In 2008, Patrick set aside his toolbelt to pursue another passion as a firefighter/paramedic. He worked as a firefighter/paramedic for 9 years before partnering with his longtime friend, Thomas, to start Live Oak Homes and Development.

Patrick and his wife, Meghan, live in Santa Rosa Beach with their three kids – Smith, Millie, and Brooks. Patrick likes to slip away to the boat with his family, fish, and work on old cars in his spare time.
